Walter Minteer has been tattooing for ten years. He began his career with Nomis Tattoo Studio. Progressing through the years he has met and taken classes from world renouned Artists. Through the knowledge he has obtained, walter has won awards for his his work. Since then, he has been getting offers for guest spots all around the country.
