Nomis Tattoo Studio was founded in 1997 by Simon Garcia who has been licensed in Arkansas since 1992. the original studio was located in Jacksonville. In 2005 the Studio was moved to it's current location in Sherwood. Simon worked in several local tattoo studios and opened two studios in other states before opening his own in Arkansas. The Nomis Staff attends seminars to learn as much as they can to insure the costumer has the best quality tattoo experience. We would like to thank Arkansas for twelve years of business and for the years to come.
