Simon Garcia, The founder and owner of Nomis Tattoo Studio, has been licensed to tattoo for eighteen years in Arkansas. He spends his spare time painting, drawing, and hanging out with his children. He has won several arwards for his tattooing ablity over the last several years. He has taken classes from Brian Everett, Jack Rudy, Guy Aitchison, Bill Funk, Bob Tyrrell, and Joe Capobianco to name a few. He has also spent many hours with Deano Cook learning what he can from some of the best in the business.
